Experience a Valentine Weekend Getaway to Cape Maclear, the pearl of
Lake Malawi on the Southern shores of Lake Malawi. Cape Maclear;
spectacular islands-Mumbo, Domwe and many others, otters point all in
the famous Lake Malawi National Park-this amazing aquatic park that is
world famous for cichlids fish species globally known as ?jewels of
Lake Malawi?.
Your Valentine Adventure in brief:
2 nights/3 days
Friday you depart Lilongwe via Dedza-10 minute stop over at Dedza Pottery.
Golomoti Escarpment, the spectacular winding road as you descent to
the Bwanje Valley.
Arrive Cape Maclear by 18hrs.
Night at Fat Monkeys, a popular Lake Shore Resort.
Morning left to individual preferences (wake up late, have a walk
through Chembe Village, hike nearby mountains, swim in the lake,
stroll along the beach, read your book or just chat with your loved
one).
After lunch at 2pm: Group boat ride into the lake. Experience an
amazing boat cruise around the islands, Ilala Pass, feed the eagles,
walk/trek on the islands, play with mbuna fish, and/or swim in the
waters around the islands. Cruise to otters point where you may view
otters. You are back to Fat Monkeys by 18.30. Party around at the many
night clubs or just stay with your loved one. Night at Fat Monkeys.
Depart Cape Maclear after breakfast and sightsee all the way back to
Lilongwe. END OF TOUR.
